I recently re-painted my desk and in the process of doing so, emptied the contents out of my drawers. I decided that since I spend so much time at my desk, it would be smart to have a wellness drawer. In this drawer I keep teas, essential oils, sprays, and my “survival kit” which calms me down. I use this drawer all the time whether I am feeling anxious or just need a spritz of peppermint water. I highly suggest that everyone has a wellness drawer or some sort of bag in their room or office that has things that calm them down and make them feel good inside and out.
